Abigail Lipow is an Associate of Sand & Saidel, P.C. in the Corporate Practice Group. After graduating with two bachelor’s degrees from the Pennsylvania State University in History and Jewish Studies, Abigail earned her law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During law school, Abigail interned for the Honorable Arnold L. New at the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County and the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. During her third year, Abigail completed her co-op with The Beasley Firm.
Directly after graduating from law school, Abigail served as the law clerk for Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division judge, the Honorable J. Christopher Gibson. Upon completing her clerkship, Abigail joined Sand & Saidel, P.C.
Abigail’s practice involves the counseling of educational institutions and mid-size nonprofit organizations on a wide array of education law, general corporate, and general litigation matters, as well as personal bankruptcy.
