Joel Roinestad is an Associate of Sand & Saidel, P.C. in the Workers’ Compensation practice group. After graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University, Joel earned his law degree from the Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. Prior to joining Sand & Saidel, P.C., Joel was an associate at a law firm where he litigated workers’ compensation, general negligence, and employment matters.

Joel is certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and his practice involves the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters.
