Daniel H. Saidel is a Co-Founding Shareholder, and current Managing Shareholder of Sand & Saidel, P.C. Daniel brings over 40 years of experience as a tax attorney and business advisor. Daniel has hands-on experience in advising corporations, healthcare systems, educational institutions and foundations regarding IRS audits, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, tax-exempt financing, unrelated business income, as well as fundraising and general compliance matters. He was a member of, and is past Chairman of, the City of Philadelphia Tax Review Board.
After graduating magna cum laude, from Temple University, Daniel earned his law degree from the Temple University, Beasley School of Law. In 2001, he graduated from the LL.M.—Taxation Program at Temple Law, earning a certificate in Estate Planning. Daniel has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1976, and continues to provide tax services to both individuals and businesses.
