David Annecharico is a Vice President of Sand & Saidel, P.C., and is the Chair of the Corporate Practice Group. After graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Towson University, David earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was an Article and Notes Editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. In 2011, he graduated from the LL.M.—Taxation Program at Temple Law, distinguishing himself as a finalist in the 2008 American Bar Association Tax Challenge.
Prior to joining Sand & Saidel, P.C., David served as an Assistant District Attorney for the prestigious Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
David’s practice involves the counseling of clients ranging from startup businesses to multi-million dollar nonprofit and for-profit organizations on a wide array of general corporate law, joint venture and strategic planning, and litigation matters.
