Dean Krebs is an Associate of Sand & Saidel, P.C. in the Corporate Practice Group. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree, he earned his law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law as a Beasley Scholar.
While in law school, he was selected to be a Public Policy Scholar in Temple’s Law and Public Policy Program where he drafted and proposed white papers on topics including national telemedicine regulations and tax credits for Philadelphia sustainable businesses. Dean also was the Executive Editor of Temple’s International & Comparative Law Journal, and interned for the general counsels of a non-profit telecommunication firm and for PIDC, a development entity that provides real estate and financial services for Philadelphia businesses.
Dean’s practice focuses on providing guidance to closely-held corporate clients and non-profit organizations in a variety of matters, including corporate governance, employee matters, and state and federal compliance.
